Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction, the ability to read and interpret plans, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. This role involves working on a variety of projects including ground-up construction, tenant build-outs, and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Install doors, frames, hardware, and specialty items
• Layout walls and ceilings according to plans
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to maintain project schedule
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with commercial construction means and methods
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
• Basic hand and power tools experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with layout and field coordination
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience working on fast-paced commercial projects
